he also just realised it this mornin on de way to work dat it was our anniversary yesterday... and being de person who does not delete anythin in her mail (only spams are deleted) i tracked back to a mail i received about de time wen we "went steady"...

it's official!!! we've been together for 6 years!! it was 2003 wen it all began!! hahahaha.... mystery solved... women ARE great!!

and yes thank you to my ever expanding mailbox too (yahoo!)... AND did u know, i even have mails in there from 2001 (yikes!).....

this was taken way back in 2006, we had lunch at this japanese place called "Genji" at PJ Hilton. it was a farewell lunch for a colleague... 5 of us girls were clownin around de whole time n makin so much noise too! fortunately we were placed in the private tatami dining rooms so damage to de lady-like rep was kept at a minimal...

oooh.... look at my ol' skool phone man!! at dat time it was de COOLEST phone i had, sebab ada camera lor... wassup!!

eggs are no longer boring

hard boiled eggs are no longer de same as they were!! some time ago i got into de sushi makin craze, den as i explored a lil' more, i found bento! food made cute...

anyways, long story short... i found out dat u can actually mould eggs into wat eva shape dat u wan!! fancy dat!! i was just a few clicks away from buyin those mould online wen i decided to google more about it 1st... i mean, wif all this japan-crazed ppl here in m'sia, i'm sure there has to be an easier way to get it other than ebay n all those online shops...

lo n behold!! i found a few mentions about the moulds bein sold in "100 yen" shops and also "daisho" in de curve... so durin de weekend, i made james drive me all de way to de nearest 100 yen shop (ss2) to get my mould! n i found it! for only RM4.90!! can u imagine?!!? if i bought it online it would have cost me RM12.00 not includin another RM6.00 for postage... gosh!!

i got de fish n car mould... dats de only one available in 100 yen ss2, will try to check out daisho next as my next mould target is de star n heart shape wans.

den it felt a bit embarassin...

n finally i can't help scrutinizing to see if she did it on purpose or just purely accidental...

n i can't bloody tell!!! if she's doin it on purpose - de lady has got some skills at keepin a straight face... but if it was accidental den her eyes are everywer like someone guilty!! anyway... u judge for urself...

steal, pick & snatch

last saturday a colleague had her handbag snatched , de previous saturday another colleague fell victim to a pick-pocket n de saturday before dat some pervie stole my bras...

sigh...

how can some people be so bad? so mean? so perverted?

sure u can say "lucky for her, only her bag was snatched n she was not stabbed ", "lucky for her it was just a pick-pocket n not a robber/rapist" or "lucky for u, they just stole ur bra n not rob ur home"...

but just by sayin that or even thinkin it, doesn't it mean dat we've come to accept it? that we're ok with de crime? it's ok dat de crime happened just as long as there's a bright side of things?

i guess there's really nuthin we can do, wat other people do to u is completely out of ur control, but then u control wat u do to other people... so go forth n spread some love!! make sure all de children around u grow up with enough love and education so they will have only love and knowledge for future n leave hate behind...

valentine revelation

on valentine's day, i ran into de room n sort of had this conversation wif him:

me: how long haf we been together?
james: umm... 7 years?
me: are we startin de 7th year or endin edy?
james: should be... wait...
(n den we tracked back to wen it started or wen we think it started n so on n so forth until we came to a conclusion)
me: dat means we've been together for 6 years!
james: n we've been tellin ppl it's 7!
me: hmmmmmm..... ok...

weird conversation to haf on valentine's day... well, doesn't really matter if it was 6 or 7 i guess. he still loves me today as he did 6 (or 7?) years ago, still layan my every whim n can still tahan my tantrums... no point rememberin ur anniversary down to de minute if u can't stand each other after a few years...

i'm happy, i'm loved...

time flies...

it feels like a week ago, in my dorm... procrastinatin my assignment, i decided to start my own blog... "me bitchin" was wat i planned to do... march 2005 it was...

blink once, blink twice... it's now february 2009... (dammit! i blinked too fast)...

4 years flew right by just like dat! haf it not been for this abandoned blog, i probably won't realise how fast de clock has been tickin... (thank u blog for remindin me of my mortality)

i woke up today with de urge to pick up wer i left off 4 years ago, so this is me... doin sumthin i wanted to do (4 years back) and not let time sneak up on me like de last time... hopefully (fingers crossed!)

hibernation

well, i've been mia for awhile... just to make things short, i finished my fyp and had a few feverish n sleepless nites in fear of failing. then after nearly two months, the results were out, yeay!! no repeats, no supps, i've sort of graduated... minus the convocation, which will be in august (weeee!!!)

in the mean time, while everyone is working their ass off, i'm at home catchin up on all de games i've put on hold - Battle for Middle Earth, Sims 2, Beachlife, Demon Stone n all the other cutsie games that only girls like to play (mind u!! it's nice!!)

i dun understand wats so wrong about takin a long break after graduation, i haf the rest of my life to work like a zombie, c'mon... gimme a break!! it's only 3-4 months... not like 3-4 years!! AND... i'm doing freelance work-lah!!

well, i'm gonna go disturb my lil puppy now, n yes... i've accepted the name so wrongly bestowed on my cute puppy. more photos will ensue... just gimme some time, it's been a long hibernation for me.

yoyo nono

this here is my new shih tzu (6 months old), given to me by james' uncle ricky coz they just had a new baby in de hse. i'm so smitten by this lil cutie but i'm still not over the fact that the children named him - Yoyo!! yikes!! wat were the children thinkin wen they named him? that they were gonna tie him on de leash n start throwin him around?!? i think i'm gonna do a Prince number on him and he'll be "de dog previously called"... muahahaha!!
